My New Fall LBD aka The Greatest Love Story Ever Blogged
I finally found the little black dress of my dreams, people!!!!! Amanda Uprichard gifted me their highly coveted Sicily dress and I am over the full moon! … couldn’t resist – it’s October! 👻
So let’s break down the Sicily dress, shall we?
It’s made of a lightweight taffeta fabric. The cut is to die for, it’s so cute: puff sleeves attached to a sweetheart hemline. The silhouette is pretty much a fitted waistline flowing out to an extreme flare, so it’s just the right amount of sexy and playful. Or as others would say fiercely feminine. I like wearing my Sicily dress with the Jadon platform boots to throw off my look and come off as edgy~, maybe even a bit problematic. 🥰 Revert back to a touch of more femme with oversized gold cherub angel bobby pins from the Kitsch x Justine Marjan collection.
I really love the length. It’s almost as if it was perfected so it’s short enough to show a good amount of thigh but long enough to avoid the occasional wind revealing your ass. Thanks, heavy hemline ruffles.

I know I’ve been going on and on about this dress – I couldn’t help myself. I’ve linked some dresses below that aren’t quite the Sicily but could give you the same overwhelming feeling, enough to write an entire blog post about it. And that’s my time!
