Stellar Bodies + Fit9 ATL: The Perfect Knockout Combo
Earlier this month, I partnered with two studios to promote their workouts. Stellar Bodies is all about building strength and stability. Fit9 is a mix of stamina, endurance and strength. After a month’s worth of classes, 3 days a week, I can honestly say that I’m starting to feel like one mean, lean lil’ machine.
STELLAR BODIES: ENGAGING YOUR CORE
Stellar Bodies workouts revolve around megaformers. These machines are like Pilates reformers, but on steroids. They target just about every muscle in your body, so that burn sensation is no joke. But, with pain comes gain! Some part of your body is constantly on the machine itself, forcing you to stabilize your core. You’re essentially using your core to push you through each range of motion. Hello, abs! 💪

FIT9: ELEMENTS OF HIIT AND METCON
Fit9 workout focuses on the core elements that make up a full-body workout. It combines high intensity interval training with metcon techniques and BOXING. Essentially, it’s really intense cardio and endurance. It took a while for me to get into the rhythm of the sessions at this studio but once I did, I was on a roll!
