October is my favorite time of year. The leaves start to fall, just about every food has some variation of pumpkin in it, and ‘comfy chic’ is back in style. It’s the month that kicks off the holidays. 🍂 October also happens to be International Merlot Month! So I figured I’d celebrate the grape by spending some quality time with my girlfriends and a bottle of Decoy Wine.

As the weather cools down, it’s much more tolerable to be outside! One of my favorite fall activities is pumpkin carving. We haven’t seen each other for a while, so the wine flowed and the pumpkins were spared! 🎃

With Halloween around the corner, a scary movie night is a definite must! Since I’m a chicken, I insisted that we watch The Shining in broad daylight.
